地震伤员心理健康状况调查研究

目的调查地震伤员的心理健康现况并采取相应的干预措施，达到早干预、早辅导、避免或者减轻地震伤员心理伤害，使他们能积极乐观的对待今后的生活和学习。方法采用精神症状自评量表（SCL-90），对2008—05—14／05—19在汶川大地震中受伤的899例地震伤员进行问卷调查。结果地震伤员与国内常模比较SCL-90各因子分均高于全国常模，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。其中强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子差异尤其显著（P〈0．01）。结论地震伤员的心理状况欠佳，需要针对他们特点实施相应的心理干预措施。

Investigation on Mental Health Status of Earthquake Wounded Patients

Objective To investigate the mental health situations of patients injuried in the earthquake, and to take some corresponding intervention measures to make them optimistic about their future lives. Methods From May 14th to 19th, 2008, 890 patients injuried in Wenchuan seismic area on May 12th 2008 were evaluated by SCL-90. Results There were significant differences in every dimensionality of SCL-90 between the wounded persons and national norm （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The differences were very significant in compiulsion, depression, anxiety, phobia（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The mental health status of wounded persons is not good enough. Relevant psychological intervention to different psychology traits is needed.
