| 摘 要： | 为口腔生物力学的研究和优化修复体的设计提供研究手段。方法应用先进的牙ＣＴ技术和现代计算机图像处理系统，结合三维有限元专用软件对ＣＴ断层影像进行分析处理。结果建立了全牙列下颌骨三维有限元模型。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a 3D finite element model of dentulous for the research on dentognathic system and the optimization of prostheses design.Methods:The advanced CT scanning and modern computer image processing system with the software of the three dimensional finite element were used to take and analyse the data,and establish the mandible model.Result:A three dimensional finite element model of dentulous mandible was estoblished.the model showed good similitude with the real mandible,the images and data could be used repeatedly.The parameters could be modified to imitate all kinds of dentition deficiency and the pathological changes in periodontal supporting tissues.Conclusion:This model may be feasible in the analysis of dentognathic system. |
