锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值研究

目的四肢骨折后应用锁定加压钢板治疗的疗效分析。方法选择174例四肢骨折病人为研究对象，都施行了锁定加压钢板内固定的方法。结果断骨愈合的平均时间（6．0±1．3）个月，无钢板断裂、骨未连接等并发症发生；只有4例（2．30％）患有胫骨骨折的发生钢板与螺钉少许松动。按照Johner—Wruhs功能评定标准进行评价，恢复良好者为95．35％（164／172）。结论锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折具有低伤害、固定稳固、断骨愈合率高与应用范围大等优势，值得临床上推广。

Clinical Study of Locking Compression Plate in the Treatment of Limb Fractures

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 174 patients with limb fractures received the internal fixation with locking compression plate. Results The average bone healed time was （6.0 ± 1.3） months, with no case of plate breakage or unconnected bone. Only 4 cases （2.30%） of tibial fracture occurred with plates or screws broken. 95.35% （164/172） had good recovery. Conclusions Locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures has the advantages of low damage, solid fixation, high bone healing rate and wide range of applications, which is worthy of clinical application.
