| 摘 要： | 目的观察临床路径在胶囊内镜检查病人健康教育中的应用效果。方法将184例胶囊内镜检查病人随机分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组84例，采取传统护理健康教育模式，观察组100例，按预先设计好的临床路径进行整体护理和健康教育。比较两组病人健康教育知识熟练掌握情况、满意度、检查质量及其心理焦虑恐惧情况。结果观察组健康教育效果与对照组比较有明显差异（P〈0．01）。运用临床护理路径对胶囊内镜检查病人进行健康教育，明显优于传统健康教育模式。结论路径式健康教育是胶囊内镜检查病人一种较为理想的护理方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of clinical pathway in patients with health education ot capsule enaoscopy lnspecuon. Methods 184 patients receiving capsule endoscopy inspection were divided into two groups at random. 84 cases of control group received the traditional nursing health education. 100 cases of observation group received the model of clinical pathway nursing health education. The mastering health education information, satisfaction, inspect result, psychological anxiety in two groups were compared. Results There was significant difference among clinical pathway nursing health education group and traditional nursing health education group （P 〈0.01）. Clinical pathway nursing health education was better than traditional nursing health education in the patients of capsule endoscopy inspection. Conclusions Clinical pathway nursing health education is one of the confortable mothods in the patients of capsule endoscopy inspection. |
