玻璃体视网膜手术治疗Terson综合征的围手术期护理

对12例患有Terson综合征患者拟行玻璃体视网膜手术的患者进行围手术期护理，特别是术前术后的病情观察和术后的正确体位护理，探讨围手术期护理要点。通过观察表明对玻璃体视网膜手术患者手术前后采取有效而完善的护理措施，对巩固手术疗效、减轻并发症以及促进病人康复起到重要的作用。术后精心的治疗和护理是减少并发症发生，提高术后视力的关键，并能大大提高脑血管意外后患者的生活质量。

Perioperative Nursing of Vitreoretinal Surgery in the Treatment of Terson syndrome

To investigate the main perioperative nursing points during vitrectomy of Terson syndrome through the perioperative observation and postoperative postural care on the 12 cases of patients diagnosed as Terson syndrome. Through the observation shows that the effective and comprehensive nursing for patients with vitrectomy can consolidate operative efficacy, reduce complications, and promote patient rehabilitation. The intensive postoperative care is the key to decrease complications, improve visual acuity. Besides that, it can also enhance the quality of life for patients with cerebrovascular accidence.
