慢性乙肝患者焦虑抑郁情绪的社会支持相关性与护理

目的分析慢性乙肝患者焦虑、抑郁情绪与社会支持的相关性。方法应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和领悟社会支持量表（VSSS）对2010年3月1日至2010年6月1日在我院感染科住院确诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者35例进行问卷调查，并对慢性乙肝患者焦虑、抑郁情绪与社会支持的相关性进行分析。结果慢性乙肝患者焦虑的发生率为40％．SAS总分值50．61±10．215；慢性乙肝患者抑郁的发生率为60％，SDS总分值53．39±13．547。两者与国内常模比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），且焦虑、抑郁情绪与社会支持成负相关。结论慢性乙肝患者的焦虑、抑郁发生率较正常人群高，而且与社会支持紧密相关，有必要为乙肝患者提供良好的社会支持系统及心理护理。

Relationship between Anxiety, Depression and Social Support in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To analyze the relationship between anxiety, depression and social support in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, and Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS） were used to survey the anxiety, depression and social support in patients with chronic hepatitis B by mean of questionnaires. Results The incidence of anxiety of the patients with chronic hepatitis B was 40%, and SAS score was 50.61 ± 10.215; while the incidence of depression was 60%, and SDS score was 53.39 ± 13.547. The level of anxiety and depressive of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were significantly higher than the national norms, while anxiety and depressive emotions in these patients were inversely correlated to social supports. Conclusions Compared with the healthy population, patients with chronic hepatitis B have a higher incidence of depression and anxiety. These negative emotions are closely related to social supports. Therefore, it is necessary to provide good social support system and psychological nursing for patients with chronic hepatitis B.
