2010-2011年江苏省江阴地区临床分离病原菌耐药性调查

摘    要:目的分析江阴地区医院患者常见病原菌及其耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供支持。方法对2010.9.1—2011.8.30住院患者分离菌株及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况进行回顾性分析。结果2010.9—2011.8江阴地区共分离病原菌10183株。其中真菌3162株,细菌7021株。革兰阴性菌5000株,占细菌总数71.21%,革兰阳性菌2021株,占细菌总数的28.79%;所有分离的病原菌中革兰阴性菌占前三位的为肺炎克雷伯氏菌,铜绿假单胞菌,大肠埃希氏菌,1137株肺炎克雷伯氏菌中检出ESBLs菌株99株(1.41%),878株大肠埃希氏菌中检出ESBLs菌株265株(30.18%),1130株铜绿假单胞菌中检出PDR—PA菌株132株(11.71%);革兰阳性菌占前三位的是金黄色葡萄球菌,溶血葡萄球菌,表皮葡萄球菌,416株金黄色葡萄球菌中检出125株MRsA,检出率30.07%;对843株鲍曼不动杆菌中泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌(PDR—AB)检出率为28.27%。结论江阴地区出现多种耐药菌株.细菌耐药性不容忽视.加强地区性细菌耐药连续监测.对于指导临床合理使用抗生素和控制细菌耐药性非常重要.

Investigation on Antimicrobial Resistance of Pathogens Isolated From 2010 to 2011 in Jiangyin Region of Jiangsu Province

Abstract:Objective To investigate on antimicrobial resistance of pathogens isolaged from 2010 to 2011 in Jiangyin region, so as to give reference for clinical rational application of anti-microorganism drugs. Methods To analyze the resistance of these strains isolated inpatients retrospectively from 2010.9.1 to 2011.8.30. Results A total of 10183 clinical strains were detected, including 3 162 fungal strains and 7 021 bacteria strains. Among the bacteria strains, 5 000 Gram-negative bacteria strains (occupying71.21%) and 2021 Gram-positive bacteria strains (occupying 28.79%), in which the first three places were klebsiella pneumoniae, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coll. The detection rate of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) to escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniae were 30.18% and 1.41%. The detection rate of PDR-PA to pseudomonas aeruginosa was 11.71%. Staphylococcus aurous, hemolysis staphylococcus and staphylococcus epidermidis ranked the first three of all Gram-positive bacteria strains. The detection rate of MrsA to staphylococcus aurous was 30.07%. The detection rate of PDR-AB to acinetobacter baumannii was 28.27%. Conclusions The antibiotic resistance of pathogenic bacteria is severely in Jiangyin region, it is essential to enhance the drug resistant surveillance so as to guide resonable clinical medicine.
