桂枝汤治疗肺气亏虚型哮喘缓解期患者的研究

本文立足于桂枝汤调和营卫的作用,采用哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)评价桂枝汤治疗肺气亏虚型哮喘缓解期患者的临床效果。将符合分型患者分为:西医常规治疗组、西医常规治疗组+安慰剂组、桂枝汤治疗组。分别予常规吸入表面糖皮质激素、表面糖皮质激素+中药安慰剂、表面糖皮质激素+桂枝汤,共60d,对患者用药前后哮喘控制测试量表各项评分进行对比分析。各组ACT评分较用药前均有改善,桂枝汤组与常规组比较有显著统计学差异;桂枝汤组与安慰剂组比较有统计学差异。桂枝汤能有效应用于肺气亏虚型哮喘缓解期患者的防治。

A study of treating lung deficiency type asthma patients in remission stage with the cinnamomi decoction

This paper is based on the function of Tiaohe Yingwei of the cinnamomi decoction and uses Asthma Control Test (ACT) to evaluate the clinical effect of the decoction in treating asthma patients in remission stage of lung Qi deficiency. We divided patients of lung Qi deficiency into 3 groups, namely western medicine routing treatment group, routing treatment and placeco group, and cinnamomi decoction group and treated them with surface glucocorticoids, surface glucocorticoids and placebo, and surface glucocorticoids and dinnamomi decoction respectively for 60 days. We collected and compared the ACT results before and after the treatment. There is a statistically significant difference between cinnamomi decoction group and placebo group. Cinnamomi decoction can be effectively applied to the preventive treatment of asthma patients in remission stage of lung Qi deficiency.
