几种Y型留置针穿刺方法的比较

目的为了减轻患者痛苦，提高Y型留置针一次穿刺成功率。方法在2011年1月至2011年12月，对使用Y型留置针的384例患者，分成三组，均为128人，采用三种穿刺方法进行比较。方法一：左手固定针芯，右手送外套管法；方法二：回拔针芯0．2cm，将外套管针芯一并送入法。方法三：左手继续绷紧皮肤，右手拇指送外套管法。结果方法三一次穿刺成功率最高。结论方法三操作简单易学，一次穿刺成功率最高，最能减轻患者痛苦，值得在·陆床护理中推广。

The Comparison of Several Y-Shaped Catheter Puncture Methods

Objective To alleviate the suffering of patients, improve the success rate of the Y-shaped catheter once a puncture.Methods In January 2011 to December 2011,384 patients using the Y-shaped catheter were divided into three groups with 128 cases in each group. Three kinds of puncture method were compared. Method one： left hand fixed needle core, the right hand to send external stent. Method two： back to the needle injection core 0.2 cm; send the externalsten needle core at the same time. Method three： left hand tighten patient＇s skin continually, the right thumb send the externalstent. Results The third method had the highest success rate. Conclusions The third method is simple and easy to learn, with highest success rate of one-time puncture and best alleviation of suffering for patients, which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
