脑血管疾病患者急性期血清SOD水平变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在脑血管疾病急性期的变化及临床意义。方法中山大学附属第三医院2011年4月至2011年10月的92例脑血管疾病患者根据病情转归分为病情缓解组65例、病情未缓解组27例,并选取40例健康体检者为对照组,采用邻苯三酚氧化法测定患者从入院当天(发病24h内)以及治疗后(发病3~7天)的血清SOD含量.并与40例对照组进行比较。结果急性期患者治疗前(入院当天)血清SOD含量显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);治疗后病情缓解组患者血清SOD含量较治疗前升高且有统计学意义(P〈0.01);治疗后病情未缓解组患者血清SOD含量与入院当天比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后病情缓解组患者血清SOD含量仍较对照组低(P〈0.01);治疗后病情未缓解组患者血清SOD含量较对照组低且具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论血清SOD水平变化与脑血管疾病发展密切相关,可作为判断疾病转归、预后的指标之一.并为应用自由基清除剂治疗提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the change and significance of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in acute phase of cerebrovascular disease. Methods The concentrations of serum SOD in 92 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease from April 2011 to October 2011 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were measured by pyrogallicacid oxidation method. The levels of serum SOD within 24 hours and after 3 - 7 days were compared with the control group. Results The level of serum SOD in patients with cerebrovaseular disease before treatment was lower than that in control group (P 〈0.01). The serum SOD concentration in improvement group after treatment was higher than that before treatment (P 〈0.01). Serum SOD in not improvement group was nearly equal with the patients before treatment (P 〉0.05). Serum SOD in mild group was still lower than the control group (P 〈0.01). Serum SOD in not improvement group was lower than control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusions The change of the serum SOD level is closely related with the stage of the cerebrovascular disease. It can provide a useful index to judge the progress of the cerebrovaseular disease and to decide the best opportunity to use free radical scavenger.
