高频超声诊断急性阑尾炎96例体会

目的探讨高频超声在诊断急性阑尾炎中的检查方法及诊断价值。方法总结从2007年3月至2009年3月96例经手术、病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者的超声检查方法及声像图表现。结果本组96例术前超声检查中，92例能做出诊断，4例可见到继发征象，超声显示率95．8％；92例中有90例急性阑尾炎经术前超声明确诊断并手术病理证实，有2例分别出现误诊及漏诊，超声诊断符合率为97．8％。结论使用高频彩超，选择合适的检查方法，对急性阑尾炎诊断具有很高的价值，可以为临床提供明确、有效的依据，值得临床推广应用。

Experience of High-Frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis in 96 Cases

Objective To investigate the examination method and diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods The ultrasonographic method and ultrasonographic performance of 96 patients with acute appendicitis confirmed by operation and pathology from March 2007 to March 2009 were summarized. Results Among 96 patients with preoperative ultrasound, the showing rate was 95.8% with 92 cases of successful detection, 4 cases of secondary signs; among 92 cases of successful detection, 90 cases of acute appendicitis were confirmed by preoperative ultrasoun and surgical pathology, 2 cases occurred misdiagnosis and missing diagnosis respectiVely, and the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography was 97.8%. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound with appropriate inspection methods has high value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis, which can provide clear and effective basis for clinic, and is worthy of clinical application.
