补肾活血法联合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床研究

目的观察补肾活血法联合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法将64例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用口服补肾活血中药汤剂联合中药保留灌肠治疗。对照组口服康妇炎胶囊。治疗3个疗程后观察综合疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.1%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论补肾活血法联合中药保留灌肠是治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的有效方法。

Clinical Research of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treated by the Therapy of Invigorating Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation in Combination with Retention Enema of Chinese Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effects on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated by the therapy of invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation in combination with retention enema of Chinese medicine. Methods 64 patients of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomized into treatment group and control group. In treatment group, the decoction of invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation was administered orally in combination with retention enema of Chinese medicine. In control group, Kang Fu Yan Jiao Nang was administered orally. The efficacy was observed systematically after 3 - eouse treatments. Results The total effective rate was 94. 1% in treatment group and was 66.7% in control group, indicating significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation in combination with retention enema of Chinese medicine is effective on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
