| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三维适形放射治疗（3DCRT）对高龄非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者的临床疗效和不良反应。方法53例非小细胞肺癌患者，采用三维适形放射治疗，照射剂量DT2．0Gy／次，5次／周，DT总量64～70Gy；放疗后1个月～3个月行胸部CT检查评价疗效。结果53例患者中，完全缓解（cR）17例，部分缓解（PR）30例，稳定（SD）4例，进展（PD）2例，总有效率88．7％（47／53）；不良反应主要是放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎、白细胞减少，多属I～Ⅱ级，经对症处理后恢复。结论三维适形放射治疗对高龄非小细胞肺癌患者的近期疗效较好，且不良反应较轻，尚可耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss therapeutic effect and side effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 53 patients with non-small cell lung cancer with received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT),DT 2.0Gy/T,5T/W,the overall DT 64-70Gy;CT examination was performed in the 1 to 3 month followed-up period to verify the therapeutic effects.Results Among 53 patients, 17 patients were CR,30 patients PR,4 patients SD,2 patients PD,Total effective rate(CR PR)was 88.7 % .The main side effect was radioactive pneumonitis,radioactive esophagitis,neutropenia. But they were tolerable.Conclusion 3DCRT was an effective and tolerable regimen for treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer. |
