| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和总结宫外孕患者治疗的效果及护理方法。方法根据20例宫外孕患者的具体情况，5例采取输卵管切除术，15例采取保守治疗，通过实施科学的、合理的护理干预，观察患者疗效。结果18例患者痊愈，1例显效，1例无效，住院平均7d左右。结论宫外孕作为妇产科急腹症之一，应早发现、早诊断，实施科学、合理的治疗及护理，才能提高治愈率，利于患者早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and summarize the therapeutic effect of ectopic pregnancy patients and nursing methods.Methods 20 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients according to the specific circumstances,5 cases adopted fallopian tube resection,15 cases of conservative treatment,through the implementation of the scientific,reasonable nursing intervention on patients,curative effect.Results 18 cases were cured,1 cases markedly effective,1 cases are invalid,the average hospitalized around 7d.Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy as one of Obstetrics and Gynecology,should early discovery,early diagnosis,carry out scientific,reasonable treatment and nursing can improve the cure rate,,conducive to the early recovery of patients. |
