摘    要:运动皮质电刺激(MCS)于1989年首次应用于中枢性疼痛的临床治疗.近年来,这项技术也开始用于治疗卒中后运动障碍并取得了较好的疗效.其机制可能包括调节皮质-基底节纤维联系环路、兴奋患侧运动皮质但抑制健侧运动皮质、调节脑组织可塑性以及电活动重新同步化等.文章就MCS治疗卒中后运动障碍的可能机制、手术方法、临床疗效以及存在的问题进行了综述.

Abstract:Motor cortex electrical stimulation was first used in the clinical treatment of central pain in 1989.Recently,this technique has been used to treat post-stroke movement disorders and better efficacy has also been obtained.Its mechanisms may include regulating cortex-basal ganglia circuits,exciting the activation of the motor cortex on the affected side but inhibiting the activation of the motor cortex on the contralateral side.regulating the plasticity of brain and resynchronization of electric activity.This article reviews the possible mechanisms,operative methods.clinical efficacy and existing problems.
