边疆军队医院发展的思考及对策

本文就制约边疆地区军队医院发展深层次的原因进行了全面的分析，着重从政策、军队医院的性质、特殊的地理环境、医疗纠纷的干扰等诸多方面提出看法。针对各方面的不利因素，总结了近几年来为加速医院建设所思考的问题和已经所采取的举措，取得了三年翻一番的可喜效果。

Causes and Countermeasures of Development of Army Hospital in Border Areas

It has been known to all that the military hospitals in border areas develop very slowly. This article analyses the reasons comprehensively why the development being restricted and suggests some views from these aspects including policies, the characters of military hospital, peculiar geographical environment and interfere with medical dispute. In the light of various disadvantage factors and the main problems in speeding up hospital construction in recent years, it elaborates some countermeasures with which hospital has obtained double economic effects in three years.
