研制植骨器经椎弓根椎体内植骨加短节段内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的初步探讨

目的　通过研制植骨器并经椎弓根伤椎椎体内植骨结合短节段内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折。方法　对胸腰椎骨折后路切开并对伤椎行内固定撑开复位后 ,再经椎弓根通过植骨器向伤椎椎体内植入自体松质骨。结果　通过 14例手术发现植骨顺利 ,无手术并发症发生 ,术后放射学检查显示骨折椎骨密度增加 ,未见透光腔隙。结论　临床证明研制的植骨器设计独特 ,临床使用方便 ,植骨确切 ,骨折愈合较快 ,骨折椎高度丢失不明显

Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fracture With Short Segment Fixation Combined With Vertebral Body Bone Graft Through Pedicle of Vertebral Arch With a New Kind of Bone Grafting Instrument

Objectives To assess the effect of a new bone grafting instrument in vertebral body bone graft through pedicle of vertebral arch for treatment of thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 14 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were treated with short segment fixation and vertebral body bone graft through the instrument. Results It was easy and efficiency for bone grafting with the self-designed instrument. The complications of the injury to the arteries or nerve were not found. Density of the broken bone was increased on the X-ray film after operation. Evident transparent gaps were not found in 14 patients who were checked with radiography. Conclusions The instrument is reasonably designed, it is efficiency and easy to use for bone grafting in vertebral body. The fractured verebral body healed well after operation. It is effective for supporting the height of the fractured vertebral body.
