青蒿琥酯对IgA肾病模型大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察青篙琥酯对IgA肾病模型大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠50只,随机平均分为正常对照组、模型对照组、青蒿琥酯小剂量组、青蒿琥酯大剂量组和科素亚组,其中10只建立IgA肾病大鼠模型ELASIA法检测大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量。结果大鼠IgA肾病造模成功。青蒿琥酯可以明显抑制IgA肾病模型大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量。结论青蒿琥酯能够降低IgA肾病模型大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量,这可能是青蒿琥酯治疗IgA肾病的作用机制之一。

The effect of artemisia on IL-2 and IL-6 in IgA nephropathy in rat

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of artemisia on IL-2 and IL-6 of IgA nephropathy in rat. Methods 50 male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, including control group (C), model group (M), small does artemisia treated group (SDA), high does artemisia treated group (HDA) and ARB treated group (ARB). Interleukin 2 and interleukin 6 were detected with ELISA. Results Artemisia could obviously inhibit II.-2 and IL-6 of IgA nephropathy in rat. Conclusion Artemisia can degrade IL-2 and LL-6 in IgA nephropathy, which may be the mechanism of artemisia on IgA nephropathy.
