滑动间隔Ky(SLINKY)采集技术在头颈部磁共振血管成像中的应用

摘    要:目的:通过分析比较几种时间飞跃(TOF)法血管成像,探讨滑动间隔Ky(SLINKY)技术在头,颈部MR血管成像中的应用价值。方法:分别对21例病人和5例志愿者进行血管成像,其中26例均行SLINKY成像,18例行多重叠薄层块采集(MOTSA)成像,16例行三维(3D)单个容积血管成像,12种行二维(2D)血管成像。3位有经验的放射科医生采用双盲法对图像进行评价,评价内容包括血管分支的显示,血管管壁的光滑度和血管连续性,每个方面的评价结果均分为3个等级。定量测量图像信噪比(SNR),血管对比/噪声比(C/Ns)以及扫描时间。结果:SLINKY能非常好地显示血管分支,同时具有很好的血管管壁光滑和血管连续性,除与MOSTA的小血管显示,与单个容积成像的血管管壁光滑度和血管连续性三者在统计上无显著性差异外,SLINKY图像在上述3个方面胜过其他3种图像(P<0.05),SLINKY图像无论是大血管还是小血管的SNR和C/Ns(除中,小血管的SNR和C/Ns与MOTSA,颈内动脉虹吸段的SNR与单个容积成像统计上无显著性差异外)均高于其他3种图像(P<0.05)。另外,尽管SLINKY的扫描时间比单容积成像和2D成像要长,但比MOTSA要短,表明像(P<0.05)。另外,尽管SLINKY的扫描时间比单容积成像和2D成像要长,但比MOTSA要短,表明SLINKY图像并未牺牲扫描时间。结论:SLINKY技术是目前头,颈部非增强MR血管成像,特别是动脉成像的首选序列。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of SLINKY technique in MRA of head and neck by comparison of four TOF MRA methods. Methods We obtained images on 21 patients and 5 volunteers with SLINKY on all the 26 cases, MOTSA on 18 cases, single volume on 16 cases, and 2D on 12 cases. Three experienced radiologists evaluated the images, unknowing which method the images were. The evaluations included clearness of vessel branches, smoothness of vascular wall, and vascular continuity. Signal-to-noise (SNR), contrast-to-noise (C/Ns), and scan time were measured. Results SLINKY displayed vessel branches better and had better smoothness of vascular wall and vascular continuity than the other three methods(P<0.05)(excepting no significant difference with MOSTA at vessel branches and with 3D volume imaging at smoothness of vascular wall and vascular continuity). The SNR and C/Ns of SLINKY images were higher(P<0.05)(excepting no significant difference with MOSTA in SNR and C/Ns on middle and small vessel and with 3D volume imaging in SNR on cavernous segment)than that of the other three images. The scan time of SLINKY was shorter than that of MOTSA although it was longer than that of the other two methods. Conclusion SLINKY is the best method in unenhaned MRA of head and neck, especially in MRA for arteries.
