| 摘 要： | 报告了自制“醒神合剂”联合抗精神病药物与单纯使用抗精神病药物对慢性精神病阴性症状的对照观察情况。结果表明,两组ＳＡＮＳ量表总分评定以及感情平淡、意志缺乏、注意障碍等分量表评定之差异,有统计学意（Ｐ＜０．０５）或高度统计学意义Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示在改善慢性精神病阴性症状,尤其是在改善感情平淡、意志缺乏、注意障碍等症状方面,联合用药组疗效优于单纯使用抗精神药的对照组。

| Abstract: | Constrastivly observed the clinical effectiveness between "Xin Shen" mixture combined with euroleptic (the treated group) and euroleptic along (the control group) to schizophrenic negative symptoms.The results shown that there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01 or 0.05)in integral calculus of SANS and insipid affect, abulomania, hypoprosexia etc. signs.It is suggested that the combination of mixture with euroleptic results superior to euroleptic along. |
