职业危害风险评估与管理模式关系初探

目的探讨职业危害风险评估与管理模式的关系。方法依据职业病危害因素固有的危害性确定危害等级(HR),根据职业卫生调查确定有害因素的暴露等级(ER),对工作场所职业危害风险等级进行评估,Risk=HR×ER。结果工作场所职业危害风险等级可以用来确定控制措施优先级并实施相应的控制措施。结论职业危害风险评估是完成评价与管理工作的关键技术。不同等级的风险应采取不同的防控措施,并对防控措施效果进行评价和危险度的跟踪评价。

A probe on relationship between occupational health risk assessment and management mode

Objective To explore the relationship between the occupational hazard risk assessment and management mode. Methods The hazard level （HR） were detemlined by the inherent dangers of occupational hazards, the exposure level（ER ）were determined by the investigation on occupational health,and the occupational health risk level of workplace were evaluated by scores of HR and ER （Ri.~k = X/HR x ER ）. Results The occupational health risk level could be utilized as an index of the priority of control measures. Conclusion Occupational health risk assessment is a key to make evaluation and management. The different control measures should be taken according to variation of risk levels. It is important to reevaluate the effectiveness of control measures and the risk.
