激光在口腔颌面外科门诊中的应用——附126例分析

目的 :分析Nd YAG激光治疗口腔颌面部良性病变的临床效果。方法 :使用国产Nd YAG激光 ,波长 1.0 6 μm ,光纤输出功率 0～ 40W ,在局麻下对口腔颌面部病变进行聚焦或点状照射。结果 :12 6例患者接受激光手术治疗 ,病损数目 2 6 9个 ,治愈病损 2 6 4个 (98.1% ) ,好转 5例 (1.9% ) ,未见无效病例。结论 :Nd YAG激光治疗口腔颌面部某些病变具有操作简单、时间短、不出血、无须缝合、费用低、病人容易接受 ,效果理想等优点 ,值得推广。

The Application of Laser for Out-patients of Oral and Maxillofacial Department (An Analysis of 126 Cases)

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Nd YAG laser on benign lesions in oral and maxillofacial region.Methods:Under local anesthesia,lesion was treated with focally continuou laser scanning of spot radiation by using Nd YAG laser(wavelength 1.06 μm.Output power 0～40 W).Results:The 269 lesions of all the 126 cases elapsed.The cure rate was 98.1%.The other 1.9% were enhanced.No recurrence was observed after 3 month follow up.The lesion recovered and the color returned to normal without scar left on the skin or mucosa.Conclusion:When used to treat some lesions in oral and maxillofacial region,Nd YAG laser has characteristics of simple manipulation,time saving,no hemorrhage,no stitch,low cost and good compliance.Therefore,Nd YAG has good effect for treating lesions in oral and maxillofacial region and its application should be spread in clinic.
