| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定布洛芬搽剂中的有关物质。方法采用迪马Diamonsil C18色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.025mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)(70∶30);检测波长:264nm。结果方法线性关系良好(r=0.9999);检测限7.53ng。结论本法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于其布洛芬制剂中有关物质的测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determining the related substances in Ibuprofen Liniments.METHODS Diamonsil C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile 0.025mol·L ~(-1)sodium acid phosphate(adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH3.0)(70∶30)and the detective wavelength was at 264nm.RESULTS The linear relation of the method was satisfactory(r=0.9999).The detection limit was 7.53ng.CONCLUSION The method was selective,simple,rapid and accurate. |
