脑卒中患者进行早期康复训练的疗效观察

目的：观察早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能缺损改善、肢体运动功能及生活质量等方面的影响。方法：将168例急性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组84例和对照组84例,早期康复组在常规治疗基础上进行早期康复训练,对照组仅采取常规治疗。比较治疗前和治疗后的疗效。结果：早期康复组恢复明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论：早期康复训练可促进脑卒中患者神经功能恢复,提高日常生活能力及生活质量。

Early rehabilitation of stroke patients clinical observation

Objective：To observe the early rehabilitation of stroke patients to improve neurological function,motor function and quality of life implications.Methods：168 cases of acute stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 84 patients and the control group of 84 patients,early rehabilitation group were treated for early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group,only to conventional therapy.Comparison of treatment efficacy before and after treatment.Results：The early resumption of the rehabilitation group than the control group,and the difference was statisti cally significant（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation can promote recovery of neurological function in stroke patients,to improve daily living and quality of life.
