清痰化瘀饮合阿托伐他汀对新西兰大白兔MCP-1、MMP-9的影响

目的:观察清痰化瘀饮联合阿托伐他汀对新西兰大白兔血清MCP-1、MMP-9的影响。方法:取新西兰大白兔24只,随机分为4组:空白组,模型组,西药(阿托伐他汀)组,中西结合(清痰化瘀饮联合阿托伐他汀治疗)组。空白组予普通兔饲料,其余3组经兔耳缘静脉注射牛血清白蛋白注射液,予高脂饲料。造模12周,后3组在继续高脂饲料喂养的基础上,模型组每日给予等量生理盐水,阿托伐他汀组和清痰化瘀饮联合阿托伐他汀组每日1次灌胃给药,干预8周,颈外静脉取血8 mL,测定MCP-1、MMP-9含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大白兔血清MCP-1、MMP-9参数差异有显著性意义(P0.05,P0.01);与模型组比较,中西结合组大白兔血清MCP-1、MMP-9参数差异有显著性意义(P0.05,P0.01),西药组差异无显著性意义。结论:清痰化瘀饮联合阿托伐他汀能明显抑制动脉粥样硬化炎症因子MCP-1、MMP-9含量,从而干预动脉粥样硬化的形成。

Effects of Qingtan Huayu Decoction Combined with Atorvastatin on MCP-1 and MMP-9 in Rabbits of New Zealand

Objective： To observe the effects of Qingtan Huayu decoction combined with Atorvastatin on MCP-1 and MMP-9 in rabbits serum of New Zealand. Methods： 24 rabbits of New Zealand were randomly divided into 4groups,control group（CG）,model group（MG）,western medicine（atorvastatin） group（WMG）,integrated traditional and western medicine（Qingtan Huayu decoction combined with atorvastatin） group（ITWMG）.The rabbits in CG were fed with the ordinary food; the other three groups were injected with Bovine Albumin Injection via vein of rabbit ear edge,and all fed with high-lipid diet.Modeling for 12 weeks,on the basis of three groups fed continuously with high-lipid diet,equal volume of normal saline were administered daily to model group,the drugs were administered by intragastric administration once daily to atorvastatin group（WMG） and group of Qingtan Huayu decoction combined with atorvastatin（ITWMG）; after intervening for 8 weeks,to take the external carotid venous blood of 8mL,to measure MCP-1,MMP-9.Result： Compared with control group（CG）,the differences of MCP-1,MMP-9 parameters of rabbits＇ serum in model group had marked significance（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）; Compared with model group（MG）,the differences of MCP-1,MMP-9 parameters of rabbits＇ serum in integrated traditional and western medicine group had marked significance（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）; difference in western medicine group had not marked significance.Conclusions： Qingtan Huayu decoction combined with Atorvastatin can significantly inhibit the reaction of MCP-1,MMP-9 inflammatory factor of Atherosclerosis,thus which intervenes the formation of atherosclerosis.
