复方虎杖益肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

目的:观察复方虎杖益肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选符合标准的慢性乙型肝炎患者86例,采用数字表法随机分为两组各43例。治疗组在常规中医治疗的基础上,加服复方虎杖益肝颗粒;对照组在常规中医治疗的基础上,加服护肝宁片。两组治疗6个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.40%(95%CI=69.77%~93.03%),对照组为62.79%(95%CI=48.34%~77.24%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.094 5,P=0.036 5),差异有显著性意义。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,服用复方虎杖益肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效优于在常规治疗的基础上服用护肝宁片的证据较充分,其收益为OR=0.39(95%CI=0.14~1.03),NNT=5(95%CI=2.66~291.08)。

Clinical Observation of Compound Huzhang Yigan Granules on Chronic Hepatitis Type B

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Huzhang Yigan granules on chronic hepatitis B.Methods： 86 patients with chronic hepatitis type B and met the criteria were selected,and divided randomly by digital into two groups,each group was 43 cases.The treatment group was treated plus compound Huzhang Yigan granules on the basis of conventional TCM therapy; while the control group was treated plus Huganning tablets on the basis of conventional TCM therapy.The two groups were treated for six months.Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 81.40%（95% CI=69.77%～93.03%）,the control group was 62.79%（95% CI= 48.34%～77.24%）; Compared the comprehensive efficacy of two groups（u=2.094 5,P=0.036 5）,the difference was significant.Conclusions： The clinical efficacy of compound Huzhang Yigan granules on the basis of conventional therapy on chronic hepatitis B was better than the effect of Huganning tablets on the basis of conventional therapy,which has enough evidence,and its benefits is OR=0.39（95% C=0.14～1.03）,NNT=5（95% CI=2.66～291.08）.
