摘    要:根据多年医学有机化学教学的实践,通过建立理论框架,提升学生自学能力;寻求有机化学中反应物、产物、中间体的稳定性与反应性能的关系,培养学生理解能力;吃透教材,培养学生全局意识;采取多种教学方法,提高学生归纳总结能力;设计典型例题和章节题解,搭建教学平台,提高学生运用知识解决问题能力;理论与实践相结合,激发学生学习有机化学兴趣等方面全面提升医学有机化学课程的教学效果,这不仅有利于复合型医学人才的培养,也为年轻教师提供了宝贵的教学经验。

Abstract:According to many years of medical organic chemistry teaching practice, several aspects were suggested to be advantageous to promote overall teaching effect of medical organic chemistry curriculum, such as establishing the theoretical frame of organic chemistry to promote students' ability of self study, seeking the relationship of stability and reaction performance among organic chemistry rea- gent, products, and intermediates to cultivate students' comprehension, having a thorough grasp of teaching material to cultivate students' global consciousness, adopting many kinds of teaching methods to improve students' summary ability, designing typical examples and keys to chapter exercises, building teaching platform to improve students' ability of solving problems, and combining theory with practice to stimulate students' interest in organic chemistry. These practices can not only help to cultivate complex medical talents, but also provide young teachers with valuable teaching experience.
