摘    要:PBL教学法是以问题为导向的教学方法,在消化内科见习教学中应用后取得了良好的教学效果,这种教学方法可以充分调动学员的学习主动性、积极性,培养正确的临床思维和分析解决问题的能力。在PBL见习教学实施过程中也存在一些问题及不足,在今后的教学工作中需要学员和教员共同改进提高,以达到更好的教学效果。

Abstract:Problem based learning (PBL) is a problem based teaching model and it has proved to be effective after application in clinical practice of gastroenterology. PBL can fully help stimulate students' learning initiative, and establish students' clinical thinking and practical ability. Admittedly ,there still exist some problems in the teaching process and teachers and students should work together to improve the PBL teaching practice.
