围生期新生儿贫血的高危因素分析

目的分析新生儿贫血的现状及其高危因素,为新生儿贫血的防控提供临床依据。方法选取2014年2~3月本院收治的265例新生儿为研究对象,比较不同围生期新生儿的贫血发生率,同时以Logistic回归分析处理围生期因素与新生儿贫血的关系。结果 265例新生儿中共有贫血患儿24例,发生率为9.06%,其中早产儿、低体重儿、窒息儿、宫内窘迫、胎盘异常及脐带异常者的发生率均高于其他新生儿,经Logistic回归分析显示,上述因素均与新生儿贫血有密切的关系（P〈0.05）。结论新生儿贫血的发生率较高,早产儿、低体重儿、窒息儿、宫内窘迫、胎盘异常及脐带异常均是其高危因素,应针对此类因素给予患儿更为充分的干预。

Analysis on the high risk factors of neonatal anemia during perinatal period

Objective To analyze the present situation and high risk factors of neonatal anemia during perinatal period in order to provide clinical evidence for the control and prevention of neonatal anemia. Methods Totally265 newborns from the hospital, between February 2014 and March 2014, were selected as research subjects. The anemia rate of newborns in different perinatal period was compared, then the relationship between the perinatal period factors and neonatal anemia were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Of the 265 subjects, there were 24 with anemia and the incidence rate was 9.06%. The incidence rates for prematures, low-birth weight infants, asphyxia infants, fetal intrauterine distress, placental abnormality and umbilical cord abnormality were all higher than those of other newborns. And the above factors all had close relationship to neonatal anemia according to the Logistic analysis（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rate of neonatal anemia is relatively high. Prematures, low-birth weight infants, asphyxia infants, fetal intrauterine distress, placental abnormality and umbilical cord abnormality are all the high risk factors, therefore more interventions of the above factors should be given to the newborns.
