某医院医护人员心理健康状况调查分析

目的了解某医院医护人员心理状况的基本特征,为提高医护人员的心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用临床症状自评量表（SCL-90）和自编调查表,随机抽取某医院175名医护人员进行问卷调查,资料整理后进行统计分析。结果 （1）心理阳性症状检出率为48.6%,除在恐怖因子上与全国常模差异无统计学意义外（P〉0.05）,其余各项均显著高于全国常模（P〈0.05）;（2）除强迫症状、恐怖和精神病性因子差异无统计学意义外（P〉0.05）,其他因子分男性均显著高于女性（P〈0.05）;（3）除敌对、精神病性因子外,中、初级职称人员各项因子分显著高于高级职称人员（P〈0.05）,初级职称人员在强迫症状因子分上显著高于中级职称人员（P〈0.05）。结论影响该院医护人员心理健康水平的主要因素是性别和职称。该院医护人员的心理健康水平较差,应当予以关注。

Investigation and analysis on mental health status of medical staff in a hospital

Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of medical staff in a hospital, and to provide scientific evidence to improve the mental health of medical staffs. Methods One hundred and seventy-five medical staff in a hospital were investigated by the Clinical Symptom Checklist（SCL-90）. Results（1） The detection rate of positive symptoms was 48.6%. All the factors tested were significantly higher than the national norm（P〈0.05） except the terror factor.（2） In addition to obsession, terror and psychosis factor, all the other factor scores were significantly higher in males than females（P〈0.05）.（3） In addition to the hostile, mental factor, all the other factor scores were significantly higher in the staff with junior and intermediate title than those with senior title（P〈0.05）,and score of obsession factor was significantly higher in staff with junior title than those with senior title（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The main influence factors of mental health of medical staff are gender and title. The level of mental health of medical staff in the hospital is low, which should be paid attention to.
