| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下射频治疗术用于上消化道非静脉曲张出血的可行性及疗效。方法选择18例上消化道非静脉曲张出血患者用射频治疗仪行内镜下粘膜射频治疗术，内镜下观察3～7分钟的疗效。结果即刻止血有效率100％．一周止血有效率94％．1例无效。全部患者均未发生严重并发症。结论射频治疗术对上消化道非静脉曲张出血止血迅速、疗效可靠、并发症少．值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of radiofrequency treatment through endoscopy for non-varix upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 18 Patients of non-varix upper gastrointestinal bleeding received the treatments of radiofrequency treatment on mucoderm through endoscopy. 3-7 minutes after the treatment, the curative effect was observed through the endoscopy. Results The instant effective rate was 100%(18/18). The effective rate in one week was 94%(17/18). One case was inefficiency. All patients did not appeared serious complications. Conclusions The radiofrequency treatment is a quickly and safe method for non-varix upper gastrointestinal bleeding with little side effect, and it is worth popularizing. |
