医院信息化建设中护理部的作用

目的为了配合医院进一步加强全院各系统的科学化、规范化、标准化管理，护理部积极参与医院管理、信息网络系统的研制、开发、试运行的全过程的作用。方法组织护理人员参加计算机知识培训；护理人员积极参与信息网络建设。结果在整个医院管理、信息网络系统的研制、开发、试运行的过程中，护理部的积极参与紧密配合，使工程技术人员与临床有了很好的沟通，软件的修改和完善得以顺利进行。结论医院成功地实行了微机全信息管理，培养和造就了一批适应现代化管理需要的技术人才和干部，护理人员的素质及护理管理水平得到大大的提高。

The Role of Nursing Department in Constructing the Managing Information Network of the Hospital

Methods The nursing department managed provide enough training for the nurse s on computer knowledge, and actively took part in the construction of the netwo rk. Results In the whole process of the designing, development and testing of the hospital managing information network system, the active participation and c ooperation of the nursing department helped the engineers to communicate with th e clinical staff satisfactory, and to perfect the software successfully. Conclu sion The hospital had computerized and modernized the information management ne twork system, and successfully trained a team of with engineers and managers. T he capability and managing ability of the nurses were improved greatly.
