摘    要:目的探讨临床常规生化检验中常用的质控干粉分装检测罗氏中值、病理值用不同温度解冻时对其检验结果的影响。方法罗氏干粉质控品中值、病理值分别用去离子水溶解,37℃静置15min后混匀,分装于80支微型带盖塑料管中,在-20℃冰箱暗盒保存,在不同温度下进行解冻测定。结果在不同温度下解冻,测定结果变异系数值均在3%以内。结论质控品是实验室质量控制的载体,在控制实验室检验质量中起着重要作用,保证分装质控品对温度的要求,应在25℃解冻,保证常规生化同步检测时备用。

Abstract:Objective The aim of the study was mainly to explore the influence of two thawing temperatures on the midvalue and abnormal values of Roche quality control dry power. Methods Roche quality control dry power with midvalue and abnormal values were thrawed with deionized water, misce bene for 15 rain at 37 ℃, packaged in 80 miniature plastic tubes, and preserved in a cassette at --20 ℃. The samples were thrawed at different temperatures and measured. Results The CV values of the results of the QC powder were within 0%-3 %. Conclusion As a carrier, the quality control preparation plays an important role in the control of laboratory quality. The temperature requirement of packaged quality control preparation should be attained. To control the thrawing temperature at 25 ℃, and ensure the proceeding smoothly of routin,, biochemical detection.
