吸烟对消化性溃疡影响的研究

本组选择经胃镜检查确诊的８０例消化性溃疡均为吸烟者。应用甲氰咪胍治疗３个月，在治疗期间均劝患者戒烟，结果又分为吸烟组和戒烟组。在３个月和６个月时分别复查胃镜检查，在３个月时５４例溃疡愈合，占７３％；吸烟组和戒烟组未愈合之溃疡的百分数相比没有显著差异。然而在６个月时，吸烟组与戒烟组未愈合之溃疡百分比有显著差异（６０％比２３％，Ｐ＜０．０５）。

INFLUENCE OF SMOKING ON PEPTIC ULCER

Eighty cigarette smoking patients with peptic ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy were studied.All the patients were advised to stop smoking and received a three-month course of cimetidine treatment,and then they were divided into two groups:patients who continued smoking and stopped smoking.Endoscopy was repeated after three months(n=74)and six months(n=64)respectively.After 3 months, treatment ulcer healing`was found in 54 patients(73%)and there was no significant difference between smoking and patients who had stopped smoking. After 6 months,however,the proportion(60%) of peptic ulcer was higher in smoking patients than(23%)ex-smokers(P<0.05).We consider that persistent smoking does not obviously affect the healing effect of cimetidine on peptic ulcer,but can prolong the duration of peptic ulcer after stopping cimetidine treatment.
