| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺惠侧地仓、合谷、后溪穴在周围性面瘫患者脑功能区的激活区相关性,揭示"面口合谷收"的科学机制.方法:18例左侧周围性面瘫患者随机分为合谷组、地仓组、后溪组,每组6例.各组分别电针刺激左侧合谷、地仓、后溪,同时行全脑功能性磁共振成像(fMRI)扫描,SPM软件进行图像后处理,分析电针不同穴位的脑功能图像.结果:电针左侧合谷穴引起左侧中央前回、中央后回等区域的激活;电针左侧地仓穴引起了右侧中央前回、双侧中央后回等区域的激活;电针左侧后溪穴未发现中央前回、中央后回区域的激活.结论:来自肢体远端的合谷穴与来自颜面部的地仓穴的感觉传入信息能在脑感觉区与运动区发生汇聚、重合,并有可能相互影响. |
