| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of different nutrition support methods on nutrition index in severe craniocerebral injury patients.Method Fifty-eight cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were divided into two groups.The nutrition index level changes in nutritional support before,2 weeks,4 weeks after nutritional support were compared between the two groups of patients.Result There was significant difference between the two groups of patients in body weight,but no differencein the serum protein level.Conclusion PN combined with EN is the preferred nutritional support approach for severe craniocerebral injury patients. |
