| 摘 要： | 目的观察二甲双胍联合中药降糖方对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖和血清相关炎症因子的影响。方法将初次起病的74例T2DM患者随机分为A组和B组,治疗8周后,观察白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等指标;同时检测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)。结果与治疗前相比,血清IL-6(p<0.05)、TNF-α(p<0.05)、CRP(p<0.05)较治疗前降低,血糖亦显著降低(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗初发T2DM疗效优于单纯应用西药。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Mefformin and TCM on the levels of glucose, Serum inflammatory factors in patients with early T2DM. Methods Divid 74 patients with early T2DM into two groups A and B. After 8 weeks＇ treatment, IL - 6,TNF - α,CRP,FPG,2hPG are tested. Results After 8 weeks, there are statistically significant differences in IL - 6 （p 〈 0. 05 ）, TNF - α （ p 〈 0. 05 ）, CRP （ p 〈 0. 05 ）, glucose （ p 〈 0. 05 or p 〈 0. 01 ） than before. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group on T2DM is superior to the merely western medicine therapy group, which is of great significance on clinical application. |
