| 摘 要： | CT资料完整的松果体区肿瘤13例，对其CT表现进行分析。结果本文13例中，生殖细胞瘤8例，畸胎瘤1例，松果体细胞瘤1例，胶质瘤2例，脑膜瘤1例。其共同的CT表现为肿块、脑积水、钙化。结论CT在松果体区肿瘤的诊断中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse CT findings of pineal recess tumors and evaluate the value of CT in diagnosing it. Methods 13 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology,to analyse CT imaging. Results In 13 cases ,8 cases were germinoma, 1 case was teratoma, 1 case was pinealocytoma,2 cases were gliomas, 1 case was meningioma. Its same CT imaging were lump,hydrocephalus and calcification. Conclusion CT play an important role in diagnosis of pineal recess tumors. |
