| 摘 要： | 目的 观察电针治疗腰惟间盘突出症的疗效。方法 将300例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成电针组、针刺组、药物组各100例，由专人进行疗效评估。结果与结论 电针组治愈52例，好转36例，未愈12例；针刺组治愈40例，好转32例，未愈28例；药物组治愈42例，好转34例。未愈24例。经Ridit分析表明，电针组疗效显著优于针刺组和药物组。

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Method Three hundred patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into electroacupuncture, acupuncture and medication groups, 100 cases each. The effects were evaluated by a specially assigned person. Results and conclusion In the electroacupuncture group, cure occurred in 52 cases, improvement in 36 cases and ineffectiveness in 12 cases; in acupuncture group, cure occurred in 40 cases, improvement in 34 cases and ineffectiveness in 28 cases; in medication group, cure occurred in 42 cases, improvement in 34 cases and ineffectiveness in 24 cases. Radit analysis showed that the effect was significantly better in the electroacupuncture group than in the acupuncture group and in the medication group. |
