绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨密度与冠心病的相关性

目的探讨绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨密度与冠心病的相关性。方法对176例符合1999年世界卫生组织（WHO）糖尿病诊断标准的绝经后女性2型糖尿病住院患者,应用骨密度仪测定骨密度和T值,根据有无冠心病分为2组,比较骨密度和T值。应用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析的相关性。结果绝经后女性2型糖尿病合并冠心病组的骨密度、T值显著低于不伴有冠心病组（P〈0.01-0.05）,调整了年龄、血压、血脂、体重指数、糖尿病病程、绝经时间后,经多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示骨质疏松与冠心病仍存在显著的相关性（Or=4.465,95%CI：1.650-11.230）。结论绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨密度降低可能与冠心病的发生、发展有关。
