丙酮酸钙对摔跤运动员血脂的影响

目的:探讨补充丙酮酸钙对于摔跤运动员血脂的影响。方法:选取男性摔跤运动员22例,随机分为丙酮酸钙组和安慰剂组各11例,分别口服6 g/d的丙酮酸钙和安慰剂8周,并保持相同的生活和正常训练模式。实验前后检测血脂指标胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)及硬化指数。结果:观察8周末时2组TC和LDL-C均比实验前显著下降(P<0.05);2组间各项血脂指标比较均差异无显著性意义。结论:6g/d丙酮酸钙补充8周对于摔跤运动员血脂水平无明显影响。

Effect of Calcium Pyruvate Supplementation on Plasma Lipid Level in Wrestlers

Objective: To investigate the effects of oral supplement of calcium pyruvate of normal diet on plasma lipid level in wrestlers for 8 weeks.Methods: Twenty-two male wrestlers were randomly divided into two groups and received calcium pyruvate and placebo(polyglucose) 6 g per day(two times a day) respectively for 8 weeks.The wrestlers in both groups kept the same life style and training style.Plasma lipid was determined before and after supplementation.Plasma lipid profiles included TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-c and LDL-C/HDL-c.Results: At the end of the experiment,TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased(P<0.05) compared with those pre-experiment in both two groups.But there was no significant difference in the change of TC and LDL-C between the two groups.The change of TG,HDL-c and LDL-C/HDL-c in calcium pyruvate group was not significantly different from that in placebo group.Conclusion:Oral supplement of calcium pyruvate has no significant effect on plasma lipid level in wrestlers for 8 weeks.
