ATP和ATP-MgCl_2对狗失血性休克的影响

摘    要:本文探讨了ATP和ATP-MgCl_2对狗失血性休克的疗效。将杂种狗,雄雌不拘,随机分为三个组:ATP-MgCl_2组、ATP组和对照组。在实验的各期,以微血管血流速度、微血管活动数、动脉血压、动脉血酸硷度和颈动脉窦反射敏感性等为指标分析了ATP和ATP-MgCl_2的抗失血性休克效应。实验结果表明ATP-MgCl_2有效,而单纯ATP效果不佳。

Abstract:The therapeutic effect of ATP and ATP-MgCl_2 on hemorrhagic shock in large doses was studied. The hybrid dogs, male or female, were divided into three groups at random. The effects of ATP and ATP-MgCl_2 on antihemorrhagic shock was analized during its various stages by standards of capillary blood velocity, the number of capillary blood vessels in activity, artery blood pressure, the acidity of arterial blood and changes of sensitivity of the reflex of sinus arteriae carotidis. The results indicated that the therapeutic effect of ATP-MgCl_2 in large dose is much superior to that of ATP.
