中药制药技术专业工学结合人才培养模式的探索与实践

通过分析就业岗位调研和岗位能力、确立人才培养目标、改革人才培养方案、建设师资队伍、推进校企合作、建立实训基地等一系列"工学结合"人才培养模式的教学改革措施,实现"职业技能+职业素质、学校+企业、学历教育+职业资格证书"的"3个1+1"中药制药技术专业人才的培养目标,并对改革过程中遇到的一些问题,提出了相应的解决办法。

Talent training mode of work-integrated-learning in Chinese pharmaceutical technology specialty

The paper discussed the realization of talent training specialty through analyzing the teaching reform measures of talent These measures included the analysis on post investigation and post reform of talent training plan, construction of ranks of teachers, aim of Chinese pharmaceutical training mode of work-integrated technology -learning. ability, establishment of talent training aim, improvement of the cooperation between university and enterprise, and build of practical training base. The aim was embodied as three 1 ＋1, i.e. professional skill＋professional quality, university＋enterprise, and curricula education＋professional qualification certificate. Some problem-solving methods were provided in the course of reform.
