| 摘 要： | 目的 研究复方黄芪冲剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 溶菌酶试验，抗体生成试验，Ｔ淋巴细胞转化试验，淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶活性试验，免疫器官重量法。结果 复方黄芪冲剂可使溶菌球直径增大，使小鼠抗体效价升高，使小鼠Ｔ淋巴细胞转化率增加，使小鼠淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶活性升高，使免疫器官重量增加。结论 复方黄芪冲剂能增强小鼠非特异性免疫、体液免疫及细胞免疫功能，可使胸腺和脾脏重量增加。

| Abstract: | Objectine:To study the effect of Astragalus Membranaceus Compound Preparation on the immune function of mice Methods: Lysonyme test, antiboby forming test, T lymphocyte transformation test, T lymphocyte ANAE test,the method of the weight of immune organ Results: Astragalus Membranaceus Compound Preparation could increase the level of lysorme content , raise antiboby titre in the serum of mice and T lymphocyte transformation rate, increase T lymphocyteANAE+ cell and put on the weight of thymus and spleen of mice. Conclution:Astragalus Membranaceus Compound Preparation has a promoting effect on the functions of nonspecific immune, hamoal immune and cellular immune of mice And it can also put on the weight of thymus and spleen |
