| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同剂量莪术治疗重度慢性肝损伤时的肝毒作用，方法：采用牛血清白蛋白（BSA）制造大鼠免疫性重度慢性肝损伤模型，观察肝功能，脂质过氧化反应及肝细胞膜ATP酶的变化，结果：大剂量莪术级大鼠的血清ALT升高，Alb降低（P值均小于0．05），肝细胞膜Ca^2 -ATPase降低（P值小于0．01），结论：大剂量莪术可加重慢性肝损伤，临床治疗慢性肝病应禁用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the side-effects of Curcuma Zedoaria with different dosage in the treatment on serious immunity chronic liver injury. Methods: Serious immuno-injured model of rats was induced by bovine serum albumin. Results: The large dosage of Curcuma Zedoaria can go up ALT and cut down Alb (P<0.05) in the rats' blood serum, and obviously destroy the activity of Ca2 + -ATPase in hepatocyte membrane (P<0.01). Conclusion: The large dosage of Curcuma Zedoaria can obviously aggravate serious immunity chronic liver injury. |
