| 摘 要： | 吴茱萸汤对苦寒攻下药生大黄的冷浸液灌胃引起的小鼠泄泻有明显的止泻效果;能抑制兔离体十二指肠的自发性活动及乙酰胆碱、氯化钡引起的肠段痉挛;显著降低小鼠小肠推进率,并能对抗新斯的明引起的小肠推进机能亢进;促进肠内水分和电解质的吸收。这些结果提示吴茱萸汤的温脾止泻作用可能与抑制肠运动、解除肠痉挛、促进肠吸收有关。

| Abstract: | The results showed that Wu Zhu Yu Tang relieved a diarrhea caused by bitter cold chinese herbs that is Rheum SP., inhibited spontaneous movement and spasm caused by acetylcholine and barium chlorid on isolated rabbits duodenal,significantly reduced propulsive rate of small intestine in mice, antagonized propulsive hyperfunction caused by Neostigmine on small intestine in mice, significantly enhanced absorption of moisture content and dielectric in the intestine in mice and rats. These results suggested that the effect of Wu Zhu Yu Tang cn relieving a diarrhea by Warming Pi related to inhibiting intestinal movement, getting rid of intestinal spasm, enhancing absorption in small intestine. |
