| Abstract: | We describe an unusual pseudotumor of the upper thorax, axillary, and shoulder girdle region with presentation 4 years after
a surfing sports injury. We offer the coined term “Surfinoma” to describe a pseudotumor arising from a penetrating piece of
fiberglass surf board, which induced a foreign body reaction. |
