| 摘 要： | 石椒草为民间药用植物,本文从中分离到伞形花内酯(晶1),东莨菪内酯(晶2),7,7′-二甲氧基-6,8′-双香豆素(晶3),5,8-二甲氧基-2′,2′-二甲基吡喃并[5′,6′:6,7]香豆素(晶4)和芦丁(晶5)。前三个化合物在体外抑菌试验中,对枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有一定抑制作用。

| Abstract: | From the medicinal herb Boenninghausenia sessilicarpa effectivefor treatment of common cold and tonsillitis,four coumarins and one flavonoidcompound have been isolated and their chemical structures elucidated as umbel-liferone,scopoletin,matsubaze lactone,5,8-dimethoxy-2',2'-dimethylpyrano[5',6':6,7]coumarin and rutin.In vitro test,the former three compounds showedinhibitory activities against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 1633 and Staphylococcus aureus209 P at the concentration of 1 mg/ml. |
