摘    要:干细胞是动物体内一种独特的基本细胞类型,当分化时,有些可能发展成为特殊类型的细胞、组织和器官,另一些仍维持干细胞,准备替代机体损伤和衰老的细胞。它们本身能自我复制,以供机体终生组织更新的需要。干细胞的培育研究为人类治疗破坏性和消耗性疾病带来了新的希望。国外学着重于干细胞的的离体培育研究,而我国徐荣祥运用整体性原则构建了成年皮肤干细胞生长发育的微环境,已原位培植成功,使烧伤创面达到再生愈合。现就有关干细胞的研究进展作如下阐述。

Abstract:The stem cell is a unique and essential cell type found in animals. When stem cells divide, some of the progeny mature into cells of a specific type, while others remain stem cells, ready to repair some of the every day wear and tear undergone by our bodies. They are capable of continually reproducing themselves and serve to renew tissue throughout an individual's life. The successful culture of the stem cells has offered hope of new cures for the most devastating and fatal diseases. While foreign scientists are paying their attention to the isolated culture of the stem cells. Xu Rong-xiang has succeeded in repair skin and regeneration of new skin at the wound of full-thickness dermis burn by stem cell culturing in vivo and in situ by creating an optimum physiological micro-environment, which is essential to adult skin stem cells.
