| 摘 要： | 我们建立了γ－环糊精键合相分离分析十八甲基炔诺酮光学纯度的高效液相色谱方法。讨论了流动相组成、ｐＨ、电解质类型及含量对分离的影响，测定了十八甲基炔诺酮光学异构体含量和样品比旋度间的关系。分离度达到１．２相对误差小于３％。

| Abstract: | A quantitative method was developed for optical purity determination of norgestrel by HPLC withγ-cyclodextrin bonded phases.Effects of mobile phases,pH,different salts and salt concen- tration were discussed The resolution of D-and L-norgestrel was 1.2.The relationship between the con- tent of norgestrel D-(or L-)isomer and its specific rotation was studied.The RSD was less than 3%. |
